How To Create A Baby Paper Cut On A Cricut?
Creating a paper cut is in essence building and welding a set of images to create a finished image, or in our case a paper cut. I have posts that give step by step instructions on building paper cuts, see below for the links.

Tips To Successfully Build A Baby Paper Cut.
Getting the right balance is all about building and consistency. Also checking at intervals to ensure your cut looks good and balanced.
Get an idea of the theme you want to create, ie balloons, a washing line or pram/ stroller.
Now go into images and search baby. This brings up a huge selection of baby related images.

If you have design space access you can now go thorough selecting any images you feel will look great. Or fit the theme you have in mind.
Alternatively if you don’t have design space access refine you search to free images. There is a good selection of free images too.

Once you have selected and added all of your images to design space, you can start to crop, slice or ungroup to leave you with the images you want to build your project.

Decide on the key image and start with that, you can now add image by image and weld as you go along. If you weld an imager and are not sure, immediately press undo and re evaluate.
Choose a colour you are happy working in a keep to that colour, I find black works for paper cuts.
Ensure all the elements of your paper cut are joined, particular take notice of the middles of letters such as p, b, or a anything round. I lost the centre of the letters on one cut and didn’t notice until after weeding and discarding of them. Had I noticed I could have kept them and stuck them to my backing paper. See BABY on the balloon cut. I have amended this for the template.

What To Do With Your Finished Paper Cuts
Mount them on coloured card stock and frame, or mount for a card; However I cut these images 10 x 10 and feel any smaller would have been too much of a faff to weed.
You could also cut on vinyl and mount on perspex or drift wood.
Or cut onto iron on vinyl and iron onto a cushion.
