Today I am sharing our free Italian Lemon Numbers, which are perfect for creating cards, crafts and DIY decorations with Cricut, Silhouette, Glowforge and xTool. Get my free Printable and SVG Alphabets here.
These bright and cheerful designs were inspired by our travels along Italy’s stunning Amalfi Coast. Last year, we were lucky enough to explore Sorrento and the beautiful village of Riomaggiore in Cinque Terre, and both completely stole our hearts. Sorrento was full of that classic Italian charm, think sun-drenched terraces, colourful ceramics, and of course, the scent of fresh lemons everywhere you go. The lemon groves there are iconic, and they really do influence everything from the local food to the vibrant patterns you see in shops and markets.

Riomaggiore, with its dramatic cliffs and rainbow-coloured houses stacked along the coastline, felt like stepping into a postcard. Wandering through its narrow streets and soaking up the sea views gave me so much inspiration for bold colours and playful designs, which you’ll definitely see reflected in these lemon numbers.

This year, we’re heading back to Italy to visit Positano, and I already know it’s going to be just as inspiring. From the pastel buildings cascading down the cliffs to the chic beach clubs and lemon-filled boutiques, I can’t wait to take in even more of that effortlessly stylish Italian aesthetic. I have a feeling this trip will spark even more creative ideas (so keep an eye out for future designs!).

How To Layer Your Italian Numbers In Cricut Design Space
Simply duplicate your number, select the duplicated layer, and click the contour tool. Now, remove any contours for this layer. This will give you a solid back layer. Although be mindful of letters like B and D, as you want to keep the contours open.
Cutting Your Italian Lemon SVG Numbers On Cricut
When you send your Italian Lemon SVG Numbers files to your Cricut to cut, ensure you use your brayer to roll the paper, vinyl or card to adhere to the mat. Movement will affect the cut.
When your Cricut has finished cutting, flip the mat over and reverse weed. I find this works better as you can bend the mat slightly and gently peel the letters away.
