Also I have so many readers who are huge fans so it made sense to make my own little Wizard and Witches SVG Alphabet.

Which of course is perfect for themed Wizard and Witch parties all year round but also created themed cards, t shirts and scrapbook layouts themed around your favourite Wizards and Witches.

To Make This Harry Potter Themed Card You Will Need 

• Wizard Alphabet SVG Download
• Cricut Maker, Explore Or Cricut Joy
• Cutting Mat
• Weeding Tools
• Brayer
• Tweezers
• Scraper
• Colour heavy paper, or light card stock
• Rafia
• Sticky pads
• Glue stick
• Paper pad for the background, I used Grand Plan, This One is From Craft Label.
• Wizard Embellishments, I cut keys, broom sticks, cogs and stars from Cricut Design Space (Optional)
• Blank card and envelope

If You Want To Use This Free Cricut Wizard SVG Alphabet?

Click Here or the image below to get your free downloadable Wizard SVG/png files and follow these instructions to add to Cricut Design Space. Don’t forget to turn off any pop up blockers.

However, make sure the pop-up blocker is turned off, Also if the email doesn’t arrive check your spam folder. Here’s how you upload the files to Cricut Design Space. IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS CHECK OUT MY TROUBLE SHOOTING PAGE.

Uploading Your Wizard or Witch SVG, PNG Alphabet To Cricut Design Space. 

Click on upload image and select browse. Choose your Wizard Letter PNG or SVG files, SVGs upload easier than PNGS which need a few extra steps, but in the grand scheme of things still take no time at all.

You will be brought to a window with options, select complex file, then continue. The next window allows you the take the back of your file, but I have done this for you.

When you reach the save screen click save as a cut file and continue. Do this one by one with each Wizard letter until you have all of your chosen letters and numbers. Once this is done, you can select all the letters you have uploaded and pull onto your mat in one go.

How To Make A Harry Potter Themed Card With My Wizard Alphabet

Once you have chosen your Wizard letter and uploaded it to design space size the letter to be smaller that your card blank.

Next search for a tag in images, you will also need an oblong to sit on top of the tag, these will be cut out of patterned card. To get an oblong, choose a square, unlock it and drag it into place.

Next choose images to embellish and build up your card.

I chose the following which I cut in a variety of sizes and colours.

• Stars
• Wizard Hat
• Broomstick
• Suitcase
• Keys
• Cogs
• Wings

Now build your card check out my in post video for inspiration and to see how I did it, using a mixture of sticky pads and glue to give a difference in levels as you build up the layers and textures.

Lastly use rafia or ribbon to create a tie on the tag before sticking onto your card and adding embellishments.
