A Few Tips Using My Free Snowman PNG Clip Art Files
I have also included a JPEG incase you want to print off your Snowman PNG Files by hand, to do this open in word to size your file before printing. You can print the doors on magnetic paper, card and laminate them on on removable printable vinyl or sticker paper.
How To Make A Snowman Christmas Card
Start by uploading your Snowman png clip art images to design space as print and cut images. Once in design space create a small offset; do this by clicking on the image, then clicking offset in the top bar. Change the offset to white, or any other colour you choose, check it’s a cut image. This is to mount your printed snowmen on.
Now go into text and type your message, I used “Do You Want To Build A Snow Man” change the text to print and cut and choose colours to match the colours of the snowmen. I alternated the colours of the letters but this is personal choice.
Now select 2 squares from the shapes section in the left hand bar. Click unlock and resize them too oblongs to fit behind your text. Change it to print and cut and white, select all and click flatten the background and text together.
You can now send your project to print and cut.
A Few Useful Tips And Hints For Using Cricut Print And Cut
- Calibrate your printer before using with you Cricut, this will save so much time and effort.
- Load your paper the correct way into the printer. Obvious, I know, but I have made that mistake many times.
- Also avoid smudging the black guide lines when they come out of the printer.
- Load your Snowman images the correct way into your Cricut as it appears in design space.
Building Your DIY Snowman Christmas Card
Choose backgrounds for your card, I chose a glitter card stock and a patterned paper. Attach the patterned paper with a tape roller. Also attach the snowmen and sayings to glitter card with the tape roller.
Then use sticky pads to build up the rest of the card to create a 3d effect.
