Today I am sharing our Free Christmas Postbox Alphabet, which is perfect for creating Christmas cards, crafts and DIY decorations with Cricut, Silhouette, Glowforge and xTool.

Can I Cut This Christmas Postbox SVG Free Alphabet On The Cricut Joy?
Yes, our Christmas Postbox alphabet letters and numbers can be cut on the Cricut Joy in card and also vinyl.
How to Make This Home Christmas File In Design Space
Start by uploading your chosen letters and numbers to Cricut Design Space. Then, size and position the letters so they align; you want them to touch on at least 2 of the edges so they cut as one piece but do not overlap.
Now click the contour tool. Here, you can remove any layers; my top layer is white for snow, so I removed the snow layers on the postbox at the top and bottom. When you are happy close the contour window and click duplicate in the top right corner.
Then click on layer 2; this is my red layer for the postbox, so I removed the contours for the postbox and the robbin’s breast.
Repeat this for layers 3 and 4; layer 3 was the detail in the post box, which will be black and layer 4, green for the letters.
Cutting Your Christmas Postbox Alphabet and Numbers On Cricut
When you send your Christmas Postbox Alphabet SVG Letters and Numbers files to your Cricut to cut, ensure you use your brayer to roll the paper, vinyl or card to adhere to the mat. Movement will affect the cut.
When your Cricut has finished cutting, flip the mat over and reverse weed. I find this works better as you can bend the mat slightly and gently peel the letters away.
Building Your File
Layer all the files so they are in the correct order and use acrylic glue to build the file working from the back forwards.
