Slimming World Spaghetti Bolognese is the perfect midweek meal for all the family. Not only is it low in fat, but it’s also low in syns, thus slimming world friendly. It’s also full of flavour, so you don’t need to be on Slimming World to enjoy this tasty dish.

This slimming, world-friendly meal also works well as part of a controlled healthy diet plan. It’s one of those meals that, although a healthy Italian dish, is super easy to make and also the perfect comfort food.

This recipe can also be used with Quorn Mince and vegetable stock cubes for a vegetarian-friendly bolognese.
