Slimming World Spaghetti Bolognese is the perfect midweek meal for all of the family. Not only is it low in fat, its also low in syns thus slimming world friendly. Its also full of flavour so tastes delicious, so delicious you don’t need to be on Slimming World to enjoy this tasty dish.
Additionally this slimming world friendly meal also works well as part of a controlled healthy diet plan. Its one of those meals that although its a healthy Italian meal, its super easy to make and also the perfect comfort food.
Also if you are happy to use the odd syn by using a spoonful of low fat mayonnaise then it takes this Bolognese sauce to a whole new level.
I like to make this family friendly spaghetti bolognese in batches, freeze portions ready to pull out of the freezer for a quick midweek meal. But also pop a portion in the fridge to microwave with a jacket potato or rice for a quick lunch.
This recipe can also be use with Quorn Mince and vegetable stock cubes for a vegetarian friendly bolognese.

Can You Freeze Slimming World Bolognese?
Yes, once cooled it can be frozen. I often make double portions and freeze the meat and sauce. Thus making midweek meals so much easier.
I simply grab a portion out of the freezer on the morning to allow to defrost slowly, before thoroughly re-heating and cook up a fresh batch of linguine.
Alternatively you can make the base sauce without the meat and freeze that in portions.
