Easy Strawberry Yoghurt Ice Lollies Recipe

This was a recipe I created over on Instagram last week and just had to share it here. Sometimes the simple things in life are the best right? And this Easy Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt Ice Lollies Recipe has been a really winner in the Christie household and they are low syn so slimming world friendly! So much so that I have had an order for different flavours, and also more of the same.

And what’s better than using fat free yoghurt and making low fat ice lollies for a snack that the whole family can enjoy? Also with the addition of fresh fruit these really are just the best home made ice lollies, that are creamy delicious and packed with fresh fruit and dairy products.

How To Make This Slimming World Friendly Strawberry Yoghurt Ice Lollies Recipe

You Will Need To Make 8 Lollies

  • 2 Activia Fat Free Strawberry Ice Lollies
  • 2 Activia Fat Free Vanilla Yoghurts
  • 100ml Skimmed Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Of Golden Syrup (Optional)
  • 100 g Of Fresh Strawberries
  • Ice Lolly Mould

How To Make Easy Frozen Yoghurt Ice Lollies

Start by washing and finely chopping up all the strawberries and putting to one side.

Now empty the contents of the yogurt pots into a a bowl and add the syrup before mixing in the milk.

Add the strawberries and mix well before transferring to the lolly mould.

Recipe For Frozen Strawberry Yoghurt Ice Lollies

Place the lid on and slide the lolly sticks into the mould ensuring they sit straight in the moulds. (Alternatively you can allow half an hour in the freezer before adding your sticks)

Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.

To remove the lollies from the mould run under tepid water for a few seconds to loosen them.

Put each lolly in a film wrapper and secure to keep fresh whilst in the freezer.
