Easy Frozen Mango Daiquiri Recipe

12th August 2016 by SarahJChristie 6 Comments

Anyone that reads my blog will know that this year I have rekindled my love for cocktails. Especially my latest discovery this easy Frozen Mango Daiquiri recipe? I have so enjoyed making smoothies and slushes with for the boys. But whilst I love my little blender, the true reason adore it so very much is the fact that I can quickly and easily rustle up a mean frozen mango cocktail with rum.

How To Make This Mango Daiquiri.

Chop the mango into small pieces and blend, then add the vodka and rum and blend again.

Blend the ice to a slushy consistency and add to the mango mixture.

Add the juice and give a quick pulse until your frozen cocktail has a creamy ice cream like consistency. If you do not blend for long enough you will have an icy lumpy consistency which is not as pleasant. The mix needs to be slushy and smooth.

Serve and enjoy this delicious frozen mango cocktail with rum with a wide drinking straw and decorate with a cocktail umbrella.
