How To Make A Peach Bellini
You will need
- 50 ml Zymurgorium Peach Bellini Gin Based Liqueur
- 1 1/2 peaches or nectarines
- small cup of ice
- 200 ml of pink Prosecco or champagne
Easy Peach Bellini Cocktail Recipe
Measure 50 ml of the peach Bellini liqueur gin into a blender flask.
Chop 1 of the peaches into small cubes and add to the flask. Slice the remaining half on the peach or nectarine and keep to one side to garnish your cocktail.
Next add crushed ice to the flask, however only enough the meet with the top of the fluid, so you can see see the liquid in the flask. Too much ice will make the peach Bellini recipe slushy. We are going for slushy fluid rather than a thick slush texture.
Pulse on the blender until the mixture is thoroughly blended and slushy.
Now pour the mixture into the bottom of 2 champagne flutes, before topping up with Prosecco. The mixture will really fizz up so do it slowly and keep topping up.
Now garnish with peach slice and enjoy.
Recipe Variations
As an alternative you can use tinned peaches.
If you don’t have peaches use crushed ice and peach gin.
