Easy And Delicious Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

Share

Slimming World Spaghetti Bolognese is the perfect midweek meal for all the family. Not only is it low in fat, but it’s also low in syns, thus slimming world friendly. It’s also full of flavour, so you don’t need to be on Slimming World to enjoy this tasty dish.

This slimming, world-friendly meal also works well as part of a controlled healthy diet plan. It’s one of those meals that, although a healthy Italian dish, is super easy to make and also the perfect comfort food.

Also, if you are happy to use the odd syn with a spoonful of low-fat mayonnaise, it takes this Bolognese sauce to a new level.

I like to make this family-friendly spaghetti bolognese in batches and freeze portions ready to pull out of the freezer for a quick midweek meal. But also pop a portion in the fridge to microwave with a jacket potato or rice for a quick lunch.

This recipe can also be used with Quorn Mince and vegetable stock cubes for a vegetarian-friendly bolognese.
