You Could Sell This Little Piece Of Heaven In A Glass, My Candy Floss Cocktail As A Valentines Cocktail…..
But to be honest you would be doing it a total disservice, I mean come on look at it? This gorgeous Pink Gin and Prosecco candy floss cocktail should be admired, adored and enjoyed for 12 months a year. Not just during February when you are feeling particularly romantic.
What genius decided that Candy Floss Cocktails were a thing? They do have their restrictions, but omg what an impressive Gin Cocktail to serve up at dinner parties. It’s a dessert in itself.

I Was Trying To Decide, Do I Create A Candy Floss Gin Cocktail Recipe Or Candy Floss Prosecco Cocktail?
But hey is gin, prosecco and candy floss not a match made in heaven? A cocktail that should be gracing summer garden parties all over the land. So you guessed it, I went for the full monty. And a delicious Candy Floss Fizz made with pink sparkling wine, pink gin, pink candy floss and white edible flowers.
There is a method in my madness, adding the flower, hear me out. You see candy floss is a fickle beast and as soon as it hits the liquid part of the cocktail it disappears. Which I have to confess, when something is so pretty feels rather sad.
However with the clever addition of an edible flower, in this case a Primrose ( you really must research edible flowers before using them, it’s a minefield) you are left with a sprinkle of prettiness to soften the blow.
