A quick and easy recipe for syn free meringues.
These are great for me as I can have these for a dessert on slimming world. And syn free meringues are such a great alternative to the sugar packed version.
For syn free meringues you will need
2 egg whites
90g of sweetener
Whisk the egg until light and fluffy and then add sugar in a spoonful at a time until it stands in stiff peaks.
Spoon onto baking tray and put in a pre heated over at 130 degrees for 20 minutes.
I will admit they are not a sweet as the real deal but with strawberries and fat free yoghurt they are fab and syn free!
