My Sunday Photo And A Little Wander Around London

22nd April 2017 by SarahJChristie 45 Comments

On Wednesday  I had a lovely day in London with the Mark Warner Mums. Living in the country is just wonderful, but I love getting the opportunity to spend a day wandering a city. London just has so many faces, and I adore that.

This is week I had the chance to wander Kensington, an area that is dotted with pretty parks and high streets full of street cafes and gorgeous shops, almost giving it an urban village feel. And when the sun is shining it is particularly beautiful.

When I have a little extra time in London I always head to my favourite place. So I head over to Covent Garden to have a mooch around then walk to Kings Cross. The tubes were packed as it was tea time. And it is so much more pleasant to walk if you have a little time on your hands.

I think it must have been the sunshine, but when I look back at my pics I seemed to have focused on the greenery and park element of our great city. The thing is in London, you may be in a city but you are never far from a park or a gorgeous flower display.

Hi Sarah, I have never explored London, but I can imagine it is an exciting place to explore. It looks like you had good weather, which must have been nice. Your Underground and phone box photos are fab. The essence of London.
