How To Use Your Elf Alphabet
Once you have downloaded your Printable Elf On The Shelf alphabet there are many ways you can use it. If have saved the files as PNG letters with no background, this means you can pull them into Word, Pages, or any editing software you may have. I use the free version of Canva, which is great for adding text and clip art images to really personalised your Elf Colouring Page.
Start By Creating A New Document In Canva
Click ‘create a design’ in the top right hand corner, I made mine 1100 x 700. You will then have a landscape sheet to create your colouring page.
Next Upload Your Alphabet
To do this click uploads in the left hand bar, click upload images and choose either the whole Alphabet, which you will be able to come back to, or just your chosen letters and numbers. The numbers will appear black and hard to see, however once you add them to a white page, you will be able to see them.
Add The Letters To Your Page
You can now click on your chosen Elf on the shelf letters To make your printable colouring page. If you want to add text or clip, art click the left hand bar for options. (Not all clip art is free but there are plenty of free options)
Print Your Personalised Elf Letter
To print your Personalised Elf Colouring Letter, simply click download in the top right corner, click on file type, and you get the option to save it as a PDF file. This will open in a new window, which you can send to print. Now roll up, wrap with a ribbon, and leave with the elves.
