Pampelle Pink Lady Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 100 ml Pampelle Aperitif ( You can also use pink gin)
- 1 tbsp Grenadine
- 2 Egg Whites
- 300 ml Soda Water
- Maraschino Cherries
- Ice To Cool
How To Make A Pampelle Pink Lady Cocktail
Measure the Pampelle and grenadine into a cocktail shaker with the ice and shake well until the shaker feels cold, and the cocktail is thoroughly cooled. Now drain away the ice.
Add the egg whites to a blender or cocktail shaker and shake/blend until the eggs are frothy.
Now add the cocktail mix and the eggs together. Give the cocktail a good shake before adding the soda water, and giving a gentle shake.
Pour into cocktail glasses and add a sweet Maraschino cherry and a straw.
NOTE.
You can add the frothy eggs separately, however I feel this cocktail works better if you give it a mix together before pouring.

Pampelle is a delicious grapefruit infused aperitif. It’s pink in colour and has a sweet but light almost sherbet taste. If you love gin, you will love Pampelle, it tastes great with soda and isn’t a million miles away from a great gin, even though technically its not.
