My Sunday Photo, A Wander In Liverpool

29th October 2017 by SarahJChristie 20 Comments

Last week I head over to Liverpool to meet up with some lovely blogging pals. It is something we try to do to give us the opportunity to get photos of ourselves. But also to have the time to wander and take photos without the family moaning and saying hurry up.

Liverpool is the most beautiful city, and one I wish we had visited more. But for us it is a pain to get too. Getting a train can take 3 hours! You can drive in a hour but who likes driving in cities? However if we want to visit Liverpool that is the way it is.

As we wandered the Docks I really felt that this is a city that I want to spend a lot more time. We need to plan a bit to make it happen I think. Especially now the boys are older, they love city trips and breaks so it is the perfect way to spend a Saturday, wandering and shopping, maybe stopping for the odd glass of wine and non alcoholic cocktail.

I wanted to share a few pics I took, Liverpool is he prettiest place! And this is reason I just love visiting different cities.

I’ve never been to Liverpool but it sounds worth a trip. Lovely images capturing such different elements of the city.

Ahh Liverpool. My hubby was born in Liverpool and I grew up across the water (River Mersey) on the Wirral. This was a great reminder that I must visit it again. The Docklands are incredible where you can literally wander and be amused for hours. Thank you for bringing so many memories back.
