A Postcard From Slaley Hall Q Lodges

Today we arrived at Q Lodges Slaley Hall, Northumberland and OMG it is absolutely stunning. Set in the grounds of the very beautiful and grand Slaley Hall the lodges really are breathtaking.

We have had the warmest welcome from Richard and all the team from Slaley Hall and are now unpacked and cosy in our gorgeous lodge. I honestly think it is the most beautiful lodge we have ever stayed in. It has a most stunning decor, so stylish yet very cozy. In fact we unpacked and decided we just did not want to leave the lodge so change all our plans for the evening to have a cosy family night in.

As I write this in the beautiful office area, Chris and the boys are all buzzing away in the kitchen preparing dinner. And it seems they are working in harmony. I know the boys are dying to eat Jacks delicious looking chocolate cake for dessert. 

We have so many exciting activities booked over the next few days, quad biking, golf lessons, a spa session, swimming and cocktail making lessons. I know and that is just the tip of the iceberg here, there are so many exciting activities.

I have been a bit chilled about our visit, due to everything going on in life I honestly haven’t had time to think about anything else but how the future will pan out. But we arrived today and I felt myself instantly relax. Being the Q Hotel family ambassador really is the best thing ever. And already we know that this will not be our last visit here, we love it
