Luxury Camping In France For Families Who Don’t Camp

With the summer holidays looming its hard not to think of where our next adventure will be!

There are so many ideas buzzing around my brain and one such idea is luxury camping in France. You see I love the idea of camping, but it has to be in luxury, so 5 star camping in France is the way forward or maybe glamping? Its so appealing to give my family a rustic French experience, BUT, it is has to be rustic and luxurious!

Thats not asking too much is it? So I have been doing a little research and chatting to Yellow Village who have assured me this is doable. I can do 5 star camping in France. Tick all my requirements and still experience a touch of rustic French life.

After a little research I have come up with these “Luxury Camping In France” options.

And I have to say, I am surprised, you can have it all and still go camping or glamping. Be a cool mum and keep up with the life I am accustomed too, ha ha! You never know this time next year I may have a tent? Ok one step at a time, if you know me you will currently be rolling your eyes. And I wouldn’t blame you, but hear me out and take a peek at what I have come up with.

Choose a luxury lodge in a premium area close to the beach

And just over 30 minutes away from Bordeaux makes Les Grand Pins the perfect base should you want to explore. But also perfect for family time and chilling out round the amazing pool, or enjoying the beautiful beaches. What appeals to me here is the verandah on these premium lodges that ensure you get that bit of family chill time in your own space. And just check out those beaches.

It is the perfect location for a seaside holiday with your family, being located just a few hundred metres from a huge sandy beach. And check out the pool areas, there is something for all the family from luxury chilled out pools to a high energy water park perfect for keeping teenagers entertained.

  1. All about the luxury. We have holidayed on campsites for years and in fact I met my husband whilst working for a British camping company so really love what they offer. I worked on https://leranolien.fr/?lang=en many years ago and it is a fabulous site. Made even better by the offering of accommodation which was definitely more basic back then. The location is stunning and lovely walks to some very cute villages.
