My Sunday Photo, The Sun Setting On A Lake

23rd July 2016 by SarahJChristie 16 Comments

I look at these photos of the sun setting on a lake last weekend, it seems a lifetime ago. We were away for a family break and had a wonderful weekend together. We were so fortunate with the weather it was glorious, which made outdoor activities, alfresco dining  and long walks a huge part of our weekend.

I took these photos overlooking a lake just as the sun was starting to set. Water has such a calming effect doesn’t it? I could spend ages just watching and reflecting.

Beautiful photos, the duck one is gorgeous. Watching lakes and water really is so calming. We love going to the lakes just to sit and chill out a bit sometimes.
