My Sunday Photo, Easby Abbey

9th July 2016 by SarahJChristie 12 Comments

Last week whilst we were at the gorgeous Brompton Lakes, my lovely sister-in-law Laura suggested we go to Easby Abbey to take photographs. It was just before the sun had set and the light was just gorgeous, the sort of light the makes places like this look magical.

It was so lovely, we were only gone for an hour, but we wandered along chatting, whilst Laura showed me around this stunning site. A wow it is breathtaking. The sort of place I want to take Chris and the boys back too, to get me and mine photos. Or visit  on a hot Sunday with a picnic and read a book, maybe drink a glass of cold wine.

This looks like a beautiful Abbey to explore. I love imagining what places looked like when they were first built.

    Thank you for linking up
