I have recently spent some time exploring and talking about different styles of luxury and contemporary villas in Orlando. I have shared Villas that have come with a price tag, some up to £1800 per night. However they have also offered facilities that a small hotel would be proud of. Including luxury Spa’s, bowling alleys and themed rooms’ to make even the most conservative adult giddy.
Today I am sharing my favourite luxury, yet affordable villas in Orlando. There is so much choice. We all have different holiday budgets and Top Villas recognise that and offer Orlando family accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets. The fact that a property is more affordable should not mean a compromise in style.
Here are my top 4 Luxury, Yet Affordable Villas in Orlando at the beautiful Reunion Resort.
Which is a very convenient 6 miles from Walt Disney World; Thus meaning you spend less time traveling and more time chilling by the pool after a long day in the parks.
With this in mind, my first choice is this super stylish condo. Property no 655 is a 3 bedroom condo, and has a wrap around balcony overlooking the pool. The property offers 3-bedroom accommodation and sleeps 6. This is the perfect size for our family, offering enough space to allow us all to be able to chill out.
But also with enough space for the boys to have their own bedroom, which is becoming increasingly important as they grow older.
A laundry is a great addition, and saves over packing. And on reflection of our last Orlando Trip, extra space is key. You want to chill out after a day at the parks, and a condo is a great option rather than all squeezing into a hotel room. But if I stay in a condo I expect that accommodation to be stylish. Property 655 ticks all the boxes here, and wait for it! At £797 for a week in August this property is not only beautiful, but also very affordable.
If you like to travel with friends or have a larger family property no 539 is an ultra luxury villa that sleeps 10. With 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a pool and a balcony with views over the golf course. This villa not only offers a chic modern interior. There is also lots of space to cook and dine, making it a great villa to visit with another family. And with a price tag of £2787.00 for a week in August 2017 it makes it a bargain when sharing the cost.
Property no 999 is of a similar style to 539. Although it sleeps 12 comfortably and comes in at a price of £2484.00. Shared across 2 or 3 families this is a great deal for such a modern luxury property. And with a beautiful open plan living space, it is the perfect space for cooking over a glass of wine with friends. But also has the benefit of a separate snug should the kids want to chill out away from the adults.
Property 38 is incredible, it is so quirky, I just love it. With 4 bedrooms, a study, a pool area, games room and observation deck it is an ultimate luxury, yet affordable, villa. And priced at £3093.00 for a week in August, it is worth stretching that budget slightly. I can just see our little family sat on that observation deck enjoying dinner and the sunset over the golf course.
In conclusion, you can still budget your Disney and Orlando holiday, and expect luxury. You need that down time during such a hectic trip. I want to look forward to returning to our accommodation at the end of a day. And what better than looking forward to a swim and cooked meal in comfortable surroundings where the whole family feels at ease.
