My Captured Moment

12th November 2015 by SarahJChristie 15 Comments

I just love this photo; Toy Story has always been a huge part of our lives. The boys both watched and loved it from being tiny. Every time we visit Disney they have to pay Zurg a visit on the Buzz Lightyear ride. I remember when the boys were little they were so frightened of Zurg, and then as they got older they embraced the baddie in him. And that is why I love this so much even though they are growing up, it all holds such precious childhood memories.

They both had the full set of toy story characters, and even a mini set that they traveled with. In fact the mini set is in the loft, as I just couldn’t bear to part with them, they have been all over with us. I remember the first time we visited Disney Jack was 2 and so worried about meeting Scar and Zurg. I had to tell him their mums also lived at Disney, and if they were mean I would tell their mum. He accepted that bless him. That was back in the day that he though us mums had ultimate control over naughty baddies.

I love Toy Story and can’t wait to introduce the little Tin Boxers to it. I also love the idea that that baddies’ mums live at Disney too. Where else would they be? 🙂 #mycapturedmoment

Toy Story has to be one of my favourite Disney films. Love the ride at WDW but competitive daddy always wins when we go on it. You have inspired me to look back at all our old photos of Disney. They hold so many special memories xx

The Toy Story ride at Disneyland Paris was one of our favourites, we must have gone on that at least eight times while we were there. I love the look on the boys’ faces in this picture, they both got really into it. Thank you as always for linking up #MyCapturedMoment xxx
