Another Stunning Sunrise, My Sunday Photo

29th November 2015 by SarahJChristie 30 Comments

How could I not share this stunning Sunrise, it was taken on Wednesday morning and wow. Jacks bedroom is at the front of the house and it literally lit his room. It was so beautifully bright it looked as though the sky was on fire.

This time of year nature is just beautiful and this stunning sunrise was just a breathtaking example of how lucky we are. I could have sat and watched it for ages; in fact I did for quite some time. Contemplating life, how it changes, how we grow as people, and what a difference a year can make, in terms of friendships, outlooks and life plans.

Funny how a beautiful sky has the ability to make you reflect, but is it the sky? Or is it just having your eyes open to change, making the time to spend with your families before life passes you by, and having time to slow down once in a while.

When I see pretty salmon skies like this it’s usually at sunset. Sunrise is something I usually sleep through, but they are ever so magical when you do see them. The world is so still and clean and new.

You have captured the colours perfectly. I have been trying to capture the colours of the sunrises and sunsets, and it is beyond my phone, really need to take the real camera out. Gorgeous picture.

Similar sentiments on my post today Sarah. I think as I get older and my family grows up, this ‘time to savour every moment ‘ becomes more important. I just know we don’t have much time left!
