A Post Card From Disney

6th August 2015 by SarahJChristie 16 Comments

Today I wanted to write about a Disney cast member, nearly every cast member we have come into contact with has been so lovely, kind and friendly. But today one the Disney bus drivers demonstrated such kindness it took my breath away.

A Postcard From Disney www.extraordinarychaos.com
The driver was a lovely man called Jimmy Scarabino who in my opinion went that extra mile to make dreams come true. It has been a hot, hot day today and as we waited for our resort bus to take us from Blizzard Beach back to Saratoga Springs Jimmy pulled up and  jumped off his bus, he informed everyone in the line that there was a special little girl on the bus who was celebrating her birthday.

He gave all boarders the mission of wishing the little girl happy birthday as we boarded his bus. She must have been 4 or 5,  the look on her face when everyone wished her happy birthday as they passed it was incredible, such a wonderfully kind thing to do, Jimmy did not have to go to so much effort yet he did. People like this just make me smile, they are so wonderful to be around. It was a pleasure to meet such a kind, lovely man today.

How fantastic is the Disney magic. Such a simple thing for him to do, yet a wonderful memory for the little girl. Such a lovely story I got goose bumps reading about it x

    Gotta love that Disney magic!!

It’s little, thoughtful things like that, that bring me back time and again. Without the people it would just be a fancy theme park – it’s so much more though.

I love when you come across people who make it a point to bring a smile to others! It cost nothing to be kind and feels wonderful! Thanks for sharing!
